Senior HR Specialist

We are looking for a detail oriented and people focused Senior HR Specialist to manage recruitment and support core HR functions.

The role focuses on sourcing the right talent, coordinating hiring and onboarding, and ensuring manpower plans align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with top talent by sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants who align with our culture and business needs.
  • Manage the full candidate journey by tracking applications, coordinating updates, and providing meaningful insights and feedback to management.
  • Support smart workforce planning by executing and monitoring the approved manpower budget and ensuring roles are filled efficiently.
  • Lead the offer and onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including documentation, engagement activities, and policy implementation—helping strengthen our workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in administering HR functions including 1 year in talent sourcing and acquisition
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising and design tools is preferred
  • Amenable to a flexible working arrangement
