Sales Operations Lead

Full-Time, Remote

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Operations Lead with a strong background in the creative and digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Establish an effective sales process based on best practices and current market trends and identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Build long-lasting client and partner relationships.
  • Create high-quality proposals, presentations, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Grow, manage and develop the sales team through establishing an effective sales process, and training the team in best industry practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the creative or digital marketing and/or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of creative and digital marketing trends and services.
  • Ability to work independently and lead client conversations confidently.
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software.
