MARKETING & CONTENT ASSOCIATE
Full-Time, Hybrid
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Associate who can turn ideas into engaging content and campaigns. This role focuses on content creation,copy writing, and digital execution while gaining exposure to strategy,performance, and campaign thinking. The successful candidate will work across content, platforms, and campaigns, playing an active role in bringing marketing ideas to life for both Quatro Creative Studio and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of marketing and content strategies through research on audiences, competitors, and market trends.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create and produce content, including writing on-brand copy for social media, campaigns, and digital materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and brief creatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand and platform best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, providing insights and supporting reporting to guide optimization and future strategies.
- Manage and optimize digital platforms, including social media accounts, posting schedules, basic SEO, and paid media activities.
- Track digital and content trends and translate them into actionable ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing leads and cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Around 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content-related roles is preferred; exceptional fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Clear communicator with a collaborative working style
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within a creative team
