Junior Sales Executive

Full-Time, Remote

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our sales team and focus on cold outreach and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact on Quatro Creative Studio’s sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach through emails, calls, and social media to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients to build a sales pipeline.
  • Facilitate meetings between potential clients and senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups using CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with common customer success and customer relationship management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (Canva or other relevant presentation tools) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of creative or digital marketing services is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
