Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with common customer success and customer relationship management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (Canva or other relevant presentation tools) is a plus.
Basic understanding of creative or digital marketing services is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
