Account Executive

Full-Time, Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive with a strong background in the creative and digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, social channels, and networking platforms to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and service demonstrations tailored to client needs and business objectives.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and close proposals, estimates, and service agreements in alignment with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Lead forecasting, planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop account strategies to increase revenue, strengthen client loyalty, and enhance long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in administering HR functions including 1 year in talent sourcing and acquisition
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising and design tools is preferred
  • Amenable to a flexible working arrangement
